Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for the unused and unopened item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Once the request has been processed, you will have an additional 14 days to return the product.


  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with any hygiene seals intact. You must also have proof of purchase.
  • How to start a return: To begin a return, please contact us at aya@mimzy.ca with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
  • Used products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tested. 

 

Sample System 

We want you to feel confident in your choice. That's why we've created a hassle-free sample model so you can try our products at home.

Each delivery includes a sample kit and your main product. Use the sample kit to test the product in the comfort of your home before deciding if you'd like to keep the full-size version.

If the product isn't for you, simply keep the main bottle or cream sealed. Request a return label through email within 14 days of receiving your order, and send it back for a full refund.

For a return to be valid, the seal on the main product must be completely unbroken. Please note that products received as an exchange or gift are not eligible for returns.


Refunds and Reimbursements

Bank processing times can vary. If you have been waiting for a refund, please allow a few days for the transaction to complete. If the refund is still missing after 10 days, email us at aya@mimzy.ca for assistance.


Non-Returnable Items

Gifted and exchanged bottles are final sale and cannot be returned.


Damaged or Missing Items

We only offer replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or lost in transit. If your bottle is faulty, please email aya@mimzy.ca with photos to begin the exchange process.
