Made to Order Clause & Freshness Commitment

Because our natural cosmetics brand is committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality products, many of our items are crafted "made to order" or produced in very small, fresh batches immediately following your purchase. This approach ensures maximum freshness and a longer shelf life for our natural ingredients by minimizing the time spent sitting in storage.

What This Means for Your Order:

  • Freshness First: We begin blending and preparing your product(s) only after your order has been confirmed.
  • Processing Time: Please allow a dedicated processing period of 2-5 business days for your order to be carefully crafted, packaged, and prepared for dispatch. This is in addition to the estimated shipping time.
  • Quality Assurance: This personalized process allows us to maintain strict quality control and attention to detail for every single item we ship.
  • Shipping Notification: You will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation email as soon as your freshly made items leave our studio.

We appreciate your patience and understanding that our small-batch process takes a little more time than mass-market production. We believe the superior freshness and quality are worth the wait!

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

  • We offer a flat rate of $12
  • Orders over $120 in total ship free. The free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and after discounts.
  • Delivery estimates: Delivery times are estimates from the shipping carrier and are calculated from the day your order is shipped, not the day it is placed.

International shipping

Please note international shipping is unavailable at this time; we only ship domestically within Canada.

Order tracking and information

  • Shipment confirmation and tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Signature Confirmation
To ensure the secure delivery of your natural cosmetics order, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. This requirement helps prevent package theft and ensures your products are safely handed to a recipient at the correct address.
  • Who Can Sign: A recipient at the delivery address must be present to sign for the package. For standard signature requirements, any individual at the address can sign for the delivery.
  • If You Are Not Available: If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically make additional delivery attempts or leave a notice with instructions for alternate delivery arrangements or package pickup at a local facility.
  • Carrier Discretion: We are not responsible for packages left unattended if you have explicitly opted out of the signature requirement with the carrier directly (if permitted by them) or if you provide inaccurate shipping information. In such cases, you assume all liability for lost or stolen packages.
  • Tracking and Proof of Delivery: The carrier's signature confirmation serves as legal proof of delivery for your order. You can track your shipment and view delivery details via the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this signature requirement for delivery.

Damages, lost packages, and returns

  • Damages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered on an order. Upon inquiry, we can confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and tracking information for the customer to investigate.
