How to Use:
Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin on your face and neck. Massage gently in upward, circular motions until fully absorbed. Use morning and night for skin that feels soft, supple, and utterly cloud-like.

Shelf Life & Storage

Shelf Life: We recommend using the product within 6 months after opening to guarantee maximum freshness and performance. This timeframe is our best recommendation for safe and effective use.

Optimal Storage Conditions
  • Keep Cool & Dry: Store products in a cool, dry place, away from extreme heat (like radiators) and humidity. A dark cabinet or a bedroom drawer is ideal.
  • Avoid Direct Sunlight: Direct sunlight and UV exposure can break down delicate natural ingredients and essential oils, accelerating degradation.
  • Minimize Contamination: Always ensure your hands are clean and dry when using products, especially those in jars. Secure lids tightly after each use to minimize air exposure, which can lead to oxidation.
  • Look & Smell Check: Natural products can be sensitive. If a product's color, consistency, or smell changes significantly, or if it looks unusual, it should not be used and should be discarded.
A Note on Texture & Natural Ingredients
Due to the nature of our formulations, you may notice occasional variations in product texture, including a slightly "grainy" feel. This is a common and normal characteristic of genuinely natural cosmetics, and it is not a fault in the product.
Why This Happens:
  • Natural Butters & Oils: We use high-quality, minimally processed ingredients like shea butter, cocoa butter, and coconut oil. These ingredients are sensitive to temperature changes. If a product melts slightly during shipping and then cools down too slowly, the different fatty acids within the butter can crystallize at different rates, resulting in a grainy or seedy texture.
  • Absence of Synthetic Stabilizers: Unlike conventional cosmetics that use synthetic emulsifiers, waxes, and stabilizers to maintain a consistently smooth texture regardless of temperature, we choose to avoid these additives to keep our products pure and natural.
Is It Safe to Use?
Yes, absolutely. The efficacy and safety of the product are completely unaffected. The grainy texture is purely aesthetic and dissolves quickly upon contact with warm skin.
How to Remedy (Optional):
If the texture bothers you, you can often restore the product's smoothness:
  1. Gently warm the product jar in a bowl of warm water or near a gentle heat source until it fully melts back into a liquid consistency.
  2. Stir gently and immediately place the open container into the fridge for 30 minutes to solidify quickly and evenly.
  3. Once solid, remove it and store it in a cool, dry place.
Warnings/ Caution
For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water. If skin irritation develops, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Keep out of reach of children. Before using any new cosmetic product for the first time, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of your skin. This helps verify any potential reaction or sensitivity.
  1. Cleanse a small patch of skin on the inside of your forearm or behind your ear.
  2. Apply a small amount of the product to the clean area.
  3. Leave the product on for 24 hours without rinsing.
  4. Check the area. If no redness, irritation, itching, or swelling appears, the product is likely safe for broader use.
Note: If you experience any irritation at any point during the test, rinse the product off immediately and discontinue use. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
